This contemporary glass and cast concrete structure was designed by Japanese architect, Ed Suzuki. In order to soften the hardness of the materials used, yet not compete with Suzuki's creative vision, the home owners wanted sky murals painted on all the ceilings inside the house as well as on the undersides of the winged porticos that project over two entrances. We treated each room a little bit differently, making sure that transitions between the skies were harmonious. |
